We offer our customers as well as our correspondent banks the full range of banking services, if possible, individually tailored on the demands of our clients. Aside from a competitive pricing, we believe, that it is more and more important to offer the service in the best quality. In this respect, we are very proud of having received some awards during the last years, such as

• awards for the best bank in Germany offering asset management services to individuals during the last eight years from 2004 to 2011 (Elite Report)
• an award for the best bank in Hamburg (German Institute of Service-Quality / 2010)
• an award for the best regional bank in Germany offering services to SME corporates (German Institute of Quality / 2010)

Additionally, year by year, those correspondent banks, who handle most of our international payments, award us constantly as one of the best banks in Germany for our payment services, e.g. for the highest STP-rate.
